Mistakes Happen. That's one thing.
Errors occur in the Criminal Justice System AND they occur in the Child Custody Court System.

However, some children are deliberately STOLEN or Courtnapped*.

In the Child Custody Court System, innocent parents experience a Wrongful Custody Determination 'WCD'.
A ’WCD’ occurs when loving, fit parents are illegally and unjustly robbed of their rights to parent, care for, nurture or even contact their own children - WITHOUT BEING CONVICTED OR CHARGED WITH A CRIME.
A 'WCC' Wrongful Criminal Conviction = Punishment without the crime.
A 'WCD' Wrongful Custody Determination = Punishment without the crime.

What is a Wrongful Custody Determination?

A Wrongful Custody Determination ['WCD'] is an Unjustified Termination or restriction of the parental/ custodial rights of a fit, able, loving and willing parent or grandparents without legal cause or grounds.

A 'WCD' can vary from an Unwarranted Modification of parental rights (decreased parenting time, restricted/ supervised visitation, denied access to school, medical records) to an Unjustified Total Termination of parental/ custodial rights.

The Center for Custody Justice strives to seek answers for parents and families subjected to Wrongful Custody Determinations ['WCD's].
